Barnstaple - Lessons for Babies & Pre-schoolers

Pathfield School Pool is a small hydrotherapy pool heated to approximately 34°c. The pool is standing depth throughout although there is a gradual slope. Spectators are more than welcome to watch on pool side but will need to stand as the pool is above ground level. There are two changing rooms, two toilets, various changing beds with pull round curtains, a playpen and a shower.

This pool follows the Baby Swim Foundation Programme with children progressing to the ASA duckling award scheme. Usually between 3 and 4 years of age these children will move to our West Buckland pool to continue their lessons.

Each course is 12 weeks long and only runs in school term time.

Lessons are held:

Saturday 9am-1pm

Each course costs £78.00 and can be payable in full or in 2 or 3 instalments.

The Double Nappy system is compulsory for all non-potty trained children at this pool.

Directions

Pathfield School is on Abbey Road, Pilton, Barnstaple. It is opposite Pilton Bluecoat School and next to Pilton Community College. Parking is behind the school, follow signs to Pilton College Side Entrance.
